Billing questions
How does billing work?
Every paid plan is a recurring subscription billed in USD through Stripe. Choose monthly or yearly at checkout. Yearly saves roughly two months versus monthly.
Are there credits or top-ups?
No. Kaizio is a pure subscription. There are no credit packs and no stored balance. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of improvement topics that does not roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; unused monthly allowance is not refunded.
What is an improvement topic?
One bottleneck or process you run through the full diagnose → visualise → improve workflow. Spark covers one per month, Improve eight, and Operate is unlimited.
