Refund & Cancellation Policy

Kaizio is a pure digital subscription. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing support@stemurconimp.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. You keep access to paid features until that date.

2. Refunds

Because access is granted immediately and allowances are digital, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Unused monthly improvement-topic allowance does not carry over and is not refunded on cancellation.

3. When we do issue refunds

  • A duplicate or clearly incorrect charge.
  • A confirmed billing error on our side.
  • A yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of first purchase where the service was not materially used, at our reasonable discretion and subject to your statutory rights.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

4. If a result isn't right

If a diagnosis or visual doesn't fit your case, regenerate it — you can rerun the workflow with adjusted inputs at no extra cost within your plan. If something is genuinely broken, contact support and we'll make it right.

5. How to request

Email support@stemurconimp.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to review refund requests within five business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.

6. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Governing law: England and Wales.
